Joy Allison Taylor was born on 17 January 1987 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2009, she earned a degree in Bachelor of Arts in broadcast communications. Taylor was the host of the radio show The Noise and worked as the manager for radio station WBRY 1640 AM while completing her education.
