She played Gia Mannetti on The CW’s teen drama 90210 from 2009 to 2010, and Tory Ash on FOX’s singing drama Empire from 2017 to 2018.
Willis was born in Paducah, Kentucky, while her father was making the 1989 war movie In Country. She is named after Rumer Godden, a British author.
