Joe Francis was born to parents Maris Francis and Raymond on April 1, 1973, in Atlanta, Georgia. His parents relocated to Newport Beach, California, when he was 7 years in age. There, he got admitted to Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Elementary School. After that, he went to different boarding schools for education purposes.
Further in time, he lived somewhere in the neighborhood of Laguna Beach and enrolled in Laguna Beach High School, and it was then that he started his first job at a computer store. The first video for his brand, ‘Banned from Television,’ appeared on screen in 1998. It had violent events showcased in the form of infomercials. He found the content of the videos too violent to affect mental health, so he put an end to the videos.
Afterward, he came forward with a new business project named “Girls Gone Wild.” It was based upon footage of undergrad girls who exposed themselves with their consent without force.
